Connect other apps with API keys
Use your company's Kronovation CRM API keys to send leads from websites, forms, Meta ads, WhatsApp, Make.com, n8n, Zapier or your own software — and read them back.
1Create your API key
Log in as a company admin and open Settings → API keys. Click Create key and give it a name (e.g. "Website form").
You get an API key (starts with kcrm_) and an API secret (starts with kcs_). The secret is shown only once — copy it somewhere safe. If it is lost or leaked, revoke the key and create a new one.
2Base address and sign-in headers
All requests go to:
https://crm.kronovation.ai/api/public/v1Every request must include these two headers:
X-Api-Key: kcrm_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
X-Api-Secret: kcs_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Content-Type: application/jsonA key only ever sees its own company's data. Keep the secret on a server or inside your automation tool — never put it in a public web page.

- Make.com: add the HTTP → Make a request module. Method POST, URL
https://crm.kronovation.ai/api/public/v1/leads, add the two headers, body type Raw / JSON, and map your trigger fields (e.g. Facebook Lead Ads, Google Sheets) into the JSON. - n8n: add an HTTP Request node. Choose POST, paste the URL, under Headers add
X-Api-KeyandX-Api-Secret(or save them as a Header Auth credential), and send the body as JSON. - Zapier: use Webhooks by Zapier → Custom Request. Method POST, the URL above, Data as JSON, and the two headers.
- Meta (Facebook / Instagram lead ads): connect Meta Lead Ads as the trigger in Make.com, n8n or Zapier, then send each new lead to
/leadsas shown above. - Telegram, Google Drive, Notion: use them as triggers or actions in the same tools — for example, read new CRM leads with
GET /leads?updated_since=…and post them to a Telegram chat or a Notion database. - Your own app or website: call the API from your server code with any HTTP library.
